Service Description

Take time for yourself and enjoy the many benefits of energy healing in a relaxing and stress free environment. I incorporate Reiki,a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes self healing, as well as techniques from other healing modalities such as New Paradigm, Lightarian Reiki, and Munay Ki. As the practitioner, I will serve as a channel to administer energy by laying my hands on several areas on the body. Depending on the goals of the session, I will use other tools to assist in the healing process such as sage spray, crystals, meditation, relaxing music, as well as calling in my healing guides and angels for assistance. The energy channeled is the same life force energy that flows through us. Often when our body is depleted of this energy do we feel tired, stressed, sick, or experience physical aches and pains. Replenishing this energy will aide in keeping the body happy and healthy. Several benefits of reiki include: -Promotes deep relaxation -Promotes pain relief -Helps relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety -Helps relieve symptoms of chronic health problems -Aids in recovery from surgery -Aids in recovery from grief and loss -Stimulates the immune system to detoxify the body -Encourages restful sleep
