For new clients beginning their A Light Within Coaching journey — via Zoom. This 90-minute session is where we begin — mapping your energetic landscape, exploring what's brought you here, and laying the foundation for all the work to come. Using The Light Within Method, we move through an initial awareness exploration, begin identifying the beliefs and blocks that may be operating beneath the surface, and open the door to what's ready to shift. This session includes a custom intake form sent at booking to help you arrive prepared and intentional. The work begins the moment you say yes. A Light Within Coaching is a deeply personal, spiritually grounded coaching experience that bridges the gap between what you consciously know and what your unconscious mind has been quietly running in the background. Note: Clients who complete an Intake Session and choose to continue with a coaching package will have their full $199 intake investment credited toward their package.
