Phase Two — Identification With clarity comes precision. Together we name the blocks — the negative cognitions, unconscious beliefs, and shadow material that have been quietly running the show. This is not about blame or excavating pain for its own sake. It's about finally seeing what has been invisible, so it loses its power to run you.
Phase Three — Breakthrough & Empowerment This is where the shift happens. Using an integrated toolkit of energetic and practical tools, we move you from awareness into action — with clear steps, energetic support, and the inner knowing that you are the one who creates your outcomes.

Intake Session | 90 minutes | $199 For new clients. We begin with a deep-dive into your energetic landscape, current goals, and what's been in the way. This session sets the foundation for all work to come. Includes a custom intake form to help you arrive prepared and intentional.
Ongoing Session | 60 minutes | $175 For returning clients continuing their Light Within journey. Each session builds on the last, deepening the work and expanding the breakthroughs.
